It does not apply to the handling of personal information within systems we build and operate on behalf of clients, which are governed by the relevant engagement agreement and that client's own privacy obligations.

Complaints and how we handle requests

We take privacy concerns seriously and aim to resolve them quickly, fairly and transparently.
